The use of white to outline shapes is really bold and emphasizes the rock shape you have in the forefront. I can't really tell what the background is though.
I love the color pallet you used in this funky composition. I don't know what your goal is, or if you have a specific idea right now for where you're going, but I'm very excited to see the finished product regardless!

It feels like water which helps the flow of the piece! I do agree that there needs a focal point in some way or a place to rest our eyes, as it is very colorful and a bit busy.
